If you prefer a totally personalized treatment, you come out of a serious injury, you prefer an individual session before following a group class or you have very defined objectives you’d like to meet, you can opt for personal training sessions.

During these sessions you will have a trainer who will personalize the crosspilates, crossbarre or yoga sessions to suit your needs.
